Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for agreeing payment, packaging, shipping, customs, insurance, animal welfare, and resolving disputes (including DOA). The platform takes no commission and provides no live-arrival guarantee during community launch.

Checklist before you bid or pay
- Tank ready (cycled, stable enough for the livestock).
- Listing photos, size notes, and ship-from location make sense.
- You know postage cost and who ships.
- You have agreed payment method and DOA terms in writing (message thread is fine).
- Max bid includes postage and risk you can accept.
- You can be home on delivery day.
If something goes wrong
- 1. Document (photos, tracking).
- 2. Contact the seller first.
- 3. Follow whatever DOA or refund terms you both accepted.
- 4. Use your payment provider’s tools only if they apply to how you paid.

Sellers are not all the same
Hobbyists and shops can list. Reputation, photos, and communication matter more than a badge. There is no “verified trade only” money-back layer during community launch.
